1, Jaw crusher

Jaw crusher is commonly used phosphate rock crushing equipment, it works with the fixed jaw plate and mobile jaw plate compression to crush phosphate, in accordance with its moving trajectory it can be divided into simple swing , complex swing and integrated swing. Complicated swing used more in small and medium phosphate fertilizer plant, because it is shaping equipment, plant selection can be based on production capacity.

2, Impact Crusher

Impact crusher is a high efficiency crushing equipment. It is generally used as a phosphate rock middle crushing and it has a simple structure, small size, light weight, high crushing ratio, small power consumption. The disadvantage is that hammer and impact plates wear faster, need to be replaced regularly.

Phosphate rock shipped from mine, under normal circumstances, the size is generally less than 200 mm, its production must first be broken, then make it up to a certain fineness, or will become a 'concentration' of the pulp.

According to the size of broken material, usually phosphate rock crushing process is divided into coarse crushing and middle crushing. First broken ore into 0-50 mm diameter block, known as the primary crushing; then after crushing ore broken into 10-25 mm or smaller mineral particles, known as middle crushing and then sent for grinding operations.

When the mineral after the crushing , grinding, cleaning and fractionation processes, with the help of mechanical force, the subsequent magnetic separator will separate the magnetic substance from the mixture according to their different specific susceptibility.

Then the initial gross separation ore particles will be transported to the flotation machine. Some special chemicals will be added to the liquid according to different ores chemical characters. In this way, the expected metal ore is separated from other substances. But the moisture is quite high, so the expected metal ore need to be concentrated by the thickener. Finally we can use dryers dry the ore and get the high purity and dry expecting metal ore
